Vape Shipping Processing (Excludes No-Vape shipping)

Shipping times for vape products vary by state and are influenced by the distance from our fulfillment center. Please note that an adult aged 21 or older must be present to show ID and sign for the package upon delivery.

Important Note: Adult signature fees, taxes, and shipping costs do not count toward free shipping promotions. The subtotal must meet the specified amount for free shipping, excluding any services and fees.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline:

  1. Order Processing (Preparation for Shipping): 1-2 business days
  2. In Transit from Fulfillment Center to Delivery Carrier: 3-5 business days
  3. With Delivery Carrier (Until Delivered): 2-7 business days

Note: The timeline assumes that an adult (21+) is present at the time of delivery to show ID and sign for the package. Please ensure that your contact details, including phone numbers, gate codes, and unit numbers, are current.

Adult Signature Requirement & Fee:

In compliance with the PACT Act amendment (December 2020), all vape shipments require an adult signature as of March 27, 2021. The adult signature fee is automatically added to your order cart. A valid government-issued ID must be presented at delivery, and the package must be signed for by an adult (21+). If you’re often away from home (or the delivery address), consider having your order delivered to your workplace or another location where someone can sign for it. Otherwise, it may be held at a shipping location for you to pick up, and verify your age.

Shipping Details:

We process orders Monday through Friday, 9 AM-3 PM PST, excluding major U.S. holidays and weekends. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Normal Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Holiday/Sale Event Processing Time: Up to 7 business days

Shipping Origin:

All orders are shipped from Las Vegas, NV.

Coverage Area:

We currently ship vape products within the Continental United States.

Please note: We do not ship vape mail to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, etc., as these are USPS-only services.

Shipping Issues:

If your package is marked as “Delivered” by USPS but you haven’t received it, please contact your local postal office immediately. Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our control.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive initial tracking info, although it may be much sooner. If the order hasn’t updated within 6 days or exceeds 15 days from when tracking was received, please let us know so we can assist.

Shipping Address Verification:

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order, including any unit or apartment numbers. Errors in the shipping address may cause delays or return to sender. We will not reship orders until they are returned to us, and the customer has paid the reshipping cost.

Return to Sender:

If an order is returned due to non-delivery, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Packages will be held for up to 3 business days before the order is canceled and a credit is issued, minus the original shipping fee.

Address Verification:

If we cannot ship an order due to a missing, incomplete, or incorrect address, we will hold the order for up to 3 business days while attempting to contact you. After this period, the order will be canceled, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method.
